This product combines the luxury of Black Winter Truffles (tuber melanosporum) and premium First Harvest Atlantic Salmon Roe.

The finished result is a visually striking and aromatic roe that has the distinct flavour and smell of black truffle along with the ‘pop’ and salt burst from the pearls.

The earthy, aromatic truffle notes complement the inherent creaminess of the salmon roe, creating a harmonious blend.

Perfect accompaniment to warm egg dishes, pasta and potato, or great with seafood such as scallops and tuna.
